Stylish and serene in feel, with calming water features, this villa is in a fantastic location. only separated from Four Mile Beach by a small park, withe no roads to cross.

Look across the gardens to the 21 metre swimming pool. Enjoy the large private courtyard with its own door access to a pathway leading to the beach.

The living area has a lounge with comfortable seating, with the formal dining area having seating for six. Sliding glass doors from the living area open out to a covered veranda with extra dining table and chairs as well as a large in built daybed and barbeque. The villa also features a well-equipped kitchen where food preparation is made easy with modern appliances including a dishwasher, microwave and oven. 

The villa has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main bedroom and ensuite are downstairs with access to an outdoor shower and the bedroom has a queen size bed. The two bedrooms upstairs share a bathroom with shower. Bedroom two has a queen bed and bedroom three has two single beds.
