Cayman Villas is situated amongst lush landscaped gardens and features a large horizon-edge heated swimming pool with a shallow section perfect for small children. The pool area is surrounded by plenty of sun lounges and shady umbrellas to relax in the tropical atmosphere. A poolside gazebo with barbecue facilities and outdoor setting is just the place to enjoy an alfresco meal. There is also a spa, complimentary WiFi and secure underground car parking.
The 1, 2 and 3 Bedroom Villas feature understated elegance, with tropical shutters and terracotta-tiled floors, timber furnishings, self-contained kitchens with smart granite bench tops and stainless steel appliances. Most are equipped with a spa bath, the 2 and 3 Bedroom Villas have two bathrooms and all have their own laundry. Sliding doors open out to the spacious, shuttered balcony complete with day bed and an outdoor setting.

This property does not have the policies, procedures or resources to accommodate the unique needs of school leavers bookings during the annual Schoolies period. In particular, it does not offer adequate resources with regards to security personnel to guarantee the safety of this unique group. For this reason, Cayman Villas reserves the right to reject bookings from school and / or university leavers for the entire school leavers period.
